Orphea® Protezione Casa is a specific product, designed and created to provide protection against all annoying insects both indoors and outdoors. It has a strong killing and residual action and creates an effective, persistent barrier against the entry of insects for 8 hours, for flying insects, and 3 weeks, for crawling insects. It is indicated for defence against mosquitoes (including tiger mosquitoes), sandflies, flies and other “occasional flying intruders”. Its special formulation can also be used to treat surfaces normally frequented by crawling insects (ants and cockroaches) effectively and persistently by depositing an aqueous foam that dissolves rapidly, thus performing a killing and residual action. Orphea® Protezione Casa can therefore also be defined as a surface treatment with a slow, gradual release that ensures effective protection against insects throughout the period of treatment. It does not stain surfaces.

FOR OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTS
Against mosquitoes (including tiger mosquitoes): shake the can well. If it is an outdoor surface such as a terrace, patio, gazebo, kiosk, belvedere, veranda, garden area, etc. spray uniformly on the surface bordering the area to be defended against mosquitoes for 3-4 seconds per linear metre from a distance of at least 40-50 centimetres; treat also vertical surfaces, including hedges, bushes and pots. 100 ml of product is thus sufficient to treat about 13 linear metres. At the recommended doses, Orphea® Protezione Casa has been found to be effective for 8 hours in an area of 20 m2. Against crawling insects (cockroaches, ants, earwigs, other crawling insects): spray uniformly for 3-4 seconds per linear metre from a distance of about 30-40 cm the surfaces frequented by the insects, such as skirting boards, cracks, slits and recesses. Wait for a few minutes before returning to the treated areas.
FOR INDOOR ENVIRONMENTS
Against all mosquitoes (including tiger mosquitoes), flies, sandflies and other “occasional flying intruders”: shake the can and spray uniformly upwards into the air, for a few seconds. Against crawling insects: spray uniformly for about 3-4 seconds per linear metre from a distance of about 30-40 cm the surfaces frequented by the insects, such as skirting boards, shutter boxes, washbasin cupboards, etc. Air the room before returning to it for any length of time or follow the indications given in the following section.
FOR “BORDERING AREAS”
Treating the border area between the indoor environment and outdoors creates an effective, invisible barrier against flying and crawling insects without directly treating the area in which you spend most of your time. To obtain this type of effect, spray for 3-4 seconds per linear metre from a distance of about 30-40 cm the jambs of the windows, French windows and, in general, any space between indoor and outdoor environments. The efficacy of the barrier is guaranteed both on porous surfaces, such as wood, and on impermeable surfaces, such as porcelain stoneware.
